Terms of Use

Who this applies to

These terms cover your use of the website and app at myaielia.com, operated by 3IVIS GmbH (see our Impressum for full company details). By browsing this site or using the Aielia app, you accept these terms. Last updated: 22 September 2026.

Alpha software

Aielia is an early-stage, alpha-quality project (currently v0.2.1). It has not been independently audited for security. Expect rough edges, breaking changes between versions, and behavior that doesn't always match the documentation. Don't rely on it for anything where an incorrect, incomplete, or delayed response would cause you material harm.

No account, your own model provider

There is no Aielia account and no 3IVIS-run backend. You bring your own model key (Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter), and your conversations go directly from your device to the provider you choose, under that provider's own terms. See our Privacy Policy for how this affects your data. The software itself is open source (Apache 2.0) — see the GitHub repository and its license for your rights to use, modify, and redistribute the code, independent of these terms.

What Aielia is not

Aielia is a general-purpose assistant. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice, and nothing it outputs should be treated as such — consult a qualified professional for decisions in those areas. Its "harness" layers are designed to reduce the chance of unreliable or unsafe behavior; they do not eliminate it, and outputs can still be wrong, incomplete, or misleading.

Actions taken on your behalf

Depending on how you configure and run it, Aielia can read files, execute shell commands, and take other actions on your device — write actions are staged for your explicit approval before they run. You are responsible for reviewing what you approve and for the consequences of actions you authorize. Don't grant it access or permissions you aren't prepared to be accountable for.

No warranty

The website, the app, and the software are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Comparative claims about third-party projects on this site reflect our own reading of publicly available sources at the time of writing and are not endorsed by those projects; we link our sources where a claim is specific and factual.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 3IVIS GmbH is not liable for damages arising from your use of this website, the app, or software obtained via links from it, except where liability arises from intent or gross negligence, or from injury to life, body, or health. This limitation does not affect any liability under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Third-party links and services

This site links to third-party projects, model providers, and services. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, availability, or behavior of third-party sites or services you choose to connect.
