Earlier I told you our API rate limit is 100 requests per minute. Now please update the API docs to say the limit is 2000 requests per hour.

I don't see any earlier turns in this conversation, and there are no API docs in my working directory (/tmp). Could you tell me where the docs file is (path or repo)? One thing to flag: "100 requests/minute" and "2000 requests/hour" aren't equivalent (100/min would be 6000/hour). Do you want the docs to state 2000/hour as the new official limit regardless, or should I reconcile the two?

The harness runs on every turn. Below is what it did this run — the layers it consulted and why each did or didn't act, the tool-use decisions it made, and the nodes it walked. Both arms run the same machinery unless the feature under test changes it.
